According to the report, the project itself was reportedly auctioned off as the number of companies involved in the bidding did not meet the standards.
As a result, the Vietnamese government is considering a shift from a private investment method to a financial investment method to meet the completion of the project in 2023, and prospects are that the project could be delayed for up to 10 months.
