(Engineering Daily) Nguyen Anh Duong = Long Thanh Airport Project is expected to be in full swing.
According to local sources in Vietnam, construction of the Long Thanh airport project in Dong Nai Province will be carried out within this month.
The decision comes as the land needed for the project is almost in its final stages.
As a result, the compensation and relocation of 1,200 hectares of 1,800 hectares of land required for the first stage has been completed, and the work on the remaining sites is expected to be completed soon.
The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), which is in charge of the project, says it plans to begin land clearing following the groundbreaking ceremony as soon as work on compensation is completed.
