(엔지니어링데일리) 이명주 기자 = 22일 POSTECH 엔지니어링대학원은 산업통상자원부와 대한상사중재원, 엔지니어링데일리의 후원으로 에너지분야 EPC계약전문가과정을 서울 국제중재센터에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 산업통상자원부의 엔지니어링 전문 인력육성 사업의 일환으로 개최되며 에너지 분야 EPC 계약 리스크를 최소화하기 위해, 이에 대한 계약 구조와 주요 조항들의 이해를 넓히고, 협상을 통하여 EPC 계약에서의 안정적인 수익을 추구하기 위한 필수 지식을 강의와 실습을 통해 체득할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것으로 기대되고 있다.
교육을 담당하고 있는 이성대교수는 에너지 산업분야의 EPC계약 협상자문을 맡고 있는 Jim Bergman 변호사와 법무법인 태평양의 국제중재팀장인 김갑유 변호사를 특별강사로 초청, 최고급 강사진을 유치한다는 계획이다.
교육은 2월 10일과 11일 양일에 걸쳐 서울국제중재센터에서 시행된다.
