HANOI, December 4 (Engineering Daily) -- Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee has just approved the short list of investors and the plan to select investors having suitable technology for the waste treatment plant in Phu Son commune, Huong Thuy town, Thua Thien Hue province.
Four investors and manufacturers who participate in the technology selection process with a valid concern and same technology of incinerator generation are China Everbright International Limited, Hitachi Zoén Corporation, China ENFI Engineering Corporation and Keppel Seghers Pte. Ltd.
The project is implemented in the form of PPP. Preliminary total cost of project implementation is at least VND 1,000 billion. There will be selection of investors in the form of limited bidding and the selection will start in December 2017. The duration of operation of the project shall not exceed 25 years. Until completion and commissioning of the plant, the completion time of construction investment shall not exceed 24 months from the date the investor is selected.
