HANOI, March 5 (Engineering Daily) -- The Management Board of construction, investment projects on water supply, drainage and environment of Hanoi will hold a pre-selection international bidding within 1 month (March 7 – April 7, 2018) to select investors to invest in construction of Dong Ke Waste Treatment Plant , Tran Phu Commune, Chuong My District, Hanoi.
The project is proposed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City with a total investment capital of VND 1,800 billion. The objective of the project is to build waste treatment facilities (general technical infrastructure and factories on land) to meet the waste treatment needs of the capital city.
A solid waste treatment plant shall base on the technology of burning - electricity to meet the environmental standards of Vietnam, achieving the criteria of construction plan approved. The amount of ash after burning of will be 3% of the amount of waste put into burning. Maximum garbage processing capacity will be 1,500 tons per day.
The investment project schedule is estimated of 30 - 36 months from the date of land allocation.
