HANOI, April 3 (Engineering Daily) -- Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee and BS Heidelberg Solar GmbH Company have just signed a memorandum of understanding to invest in two solar power plants.
Accordingly, BS Heidelberg Solar GmbH plans to invest in two solar power projects: Hau Giang I and Hau Giang II.
In particular, the Project I is located in Hoa An commune, Phung Hiep district with area of 50 ha, installed capacity of over 40MWp and total investment capital of USD 50 million.
The Hau Giang II solar power plant project is planned to be located in Nhon Nghia A industrial zone, Chau Thanh A district, with area of 200 ha, installed capacity of over 170 MWp and total investment capital of USD 200 million.
Both plants are expected to start construction in December 2018, completed in June 2019.
