The city of Quy Nhon said Tuesday that it conducted an inaugural ceremony for the Binh Dinh solar power plant.

The Binh Dinh solar power plant, which has been put into main operation, was built by Japan's Fujiwara Co. with an investment of US$55.9 million and was built with a size of 60ha in the Nhon Hoi economic zone.

The Binh Dinh solar power plant, which is in main operation, will produce and sell 50 MW of electricity annually.
