(Engineering Daily) Nguyen Anh Duong = Attention is being paid to whether the construction of a highway linking China and northern Vietnam can be made visible.

According to local sources, China's Lang Sonseong has asked the government for the Chi Lang Huu Nghi highway project.

The project will build a highway in the 41㎞ section linking China's Lang Son Province to Huu Nghi.

Currently, the project is expected to cost about $358 million, of which $75.4 million will be raised for direct investors and $147 million will be carried out through commercial loans.

After the completion, the Vietnamese government is expected to lay the groundwork for Vision 2030, which is being pushed by the Vietnamese government, while also helping strengthen economic trade by linking the Hanoi-Beijing border.
