Hanoi has approved the investment plan for 23 projects with total capital of more than VND 36,000 billion.

HANOI, June 5 (Engineering Daily) -- Hanoi City has issued the Decision on Investment Plan, Investment Registration Certificates for 23 projects with total capital of about VND 36.9 thousand billion in the framework of Conference on "Cooperation, Investment and Development of Hanoi City 2016" held on 4 June.

The 23 projects with total investment of about 36,900 billion (approximate USD 1.7 billion) includes 7 FDI projects – total investment of above VND 15,000 billion (approximate about USD 700 million) and 16 projects with domestic investment of nearly VND 22,000 billion (approximate USD 1 billion) in terms of telecommunication, urban infrastructure, park, entertainment, housing, health care and commercial services.

Hanoi Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai and Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung has handed the Investment Registration Certificates for Units, Corporations and Businesses such as Vietnamobile Telecommunication JSC (Telecommunication Projects); Duong River Surface Water JSC (Duong River Surface Water Plant Project); Sugiko Group Holdings Co.ltd (Industrial Service Project); Holdings JX  Nippon Oil & Energy Vietnam (Oil Commercial Service Project) and Arimi Retail Ltd (Shopping Mall Project).
