(Engineering Daily) Nguyen Anh Duong = Thai companies are expanding their presence in the Vietnamese wind power market.
According to local sources in Vietnam, Thailand's Gulf Energy has purchased two farms for a wind farm in Vietnam.
The newly purchased site is located in the Ia Grai area, with 50 MW wind power plants to be built, respectively.
The company plans to start construction in 2021 and sell electricity produced by Vietnamese electricity for about 20 years.
