(Engineering Daily) Nguyen Anh Duong = Improvement projects are carried out on the roads linking Ho Chi Minh and Long Anju.
According to a local source in Vietnam, Vietnam's Transport Ministry is carrying out an improvement and expansion project on seven roads linking Ho Chi Minh and Long Anju.
The project will cost about $1.05 billion to expand seven roads into 4-6 lanes.
The Vietnamese government plans to carry out the project in earnest from next year and complete it by 2025, and plans to carry out construction on 16 more roads.
Meanwhile, as the road conditions improve with the project, economic improvement is expected in the areas concerned that have been suffering from lack of road conditions.
