(Engineering Daily) Nguyen Anh Duong = Dam construction is underway in central and southern Vietnam.
According to local sources in Vietnam, a ground-breaking ceremony will be held for the new dam to be built in the Khanh Hoa area in central and southern Vietnam on the 25th.
The new dam, which is scheduled to be built, is being carried out to prevent salt water and supply fresh water, and expects some 500,000 residents of Nha Trang to benefit directly or indirectly.
The Vietnamese government says it will invest a total of $326 million in related projects, of which $9.91 million will be carried out through the state budget.
Construction of related projects will begin on the 25th and construction will be carried out with the aim of completing them by the end of 2022.
