HANOI, July 4 (Engineering Daily) -- In the first 6 months of 2016, Dong Nai province has issued the Decision to withdrawn 27 planned projects, including 15 residential area planning projects.
Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee, Mr. Vo Van Chanh has said, in the 2010-2020 period, Dong Nai province will cancel more than 1000 planned projects, with area of nearly 17,800 hectares. In which, 770 infrastructure development projects with area of more than 3700 hectares and 63 residential area planning projects with total area of more than 1,400 hectares.
Besides, many projects in terms of construction material producing, industrial zones, commercial and service shall be canceled.
The province also adjusts to reduce the planned area of 556 existing projects with nearly 2000 hectares, to reduce the area of land recover plan and to return rights to the people who own land in the project. Particularly, in the first 6 months of 2016, Dong Nai province has issued the Decision to withdrawn 27 planned projects, including 15 residential area planning projects.
