HANOI, July 7 (Engingeering Daily) -- The project of intersection Ngoc Hoi-23/10 and project of transport connection to old Nha Trang Airport area will be implemented under build-transfer (BT) model.
The Prime Minister has agreed in principle to allow the application of the investor selection in special case provided in Article 26 of the Procurement Law in conformity to the method of direct negotiation with investors to implement the intersection Ngoc Hoi - 23/10 project and transport connection with the old Nha Trang airport area project in the form of build - transfer (BT).
The Prime Minister has assigned Khanh Hoa province People’s Committee to study and select the investor in this special case in accordance with regulation, ensuring the quality, progress and efficiency, not occurring negatives and losses during implementation.
