HANOI, July 11 (Engineering Daily) -- Ministry of Transport said that the Ministry is researching and carrying out the prefeasibility study report of the North-South expressway with the State budget (Government bonds) of about VND 41,414 billion.
This amount will be used for investment of section Cao Bo (Nam Dinh province) – Vinh (Nghe An province), Cam Lo (Quang Tri province) – Tuy Loan (Da Nang province), Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan province) – Dau Giay (Dong Nai province) and site clearance for whole route with total length of about 467 km.
It is noticed that the Ministry of Transport will be allocated VND 75,000 billion of Government bonds during 2017-2020 period, of which, VND 5,000 billion for site clearance of Long Thanh International Airport project and VND 70,000 billion for other national key projects, including the North-South expressway.
