HANOI, July 11 (Engineering Daily) -- The Prime Minister has just established a State Appraisal Council to evaluate the pre-feasibility study report of the investment project for the construction of the urban railway in Ho Chi Minh City, the Metro line No. 5 stage 1 (Bay Hien intersection - Saigon bridge).
The Minister of Planning and Investment shall act as Chairman of the Appraisal Council, the Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment as Vice Chairman of the Council.
The members of the Appraisal Council are the leaders of the agencies: the Government Office; Ministry of Transport; Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Construction; Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Ministry of Defense; Ministry of Public Security; Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of Foreign Affair; Ministry of Jutice; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Information and Communications; The bank of Viet Nam; Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
The standing agency of the Council is the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The responsibilities and powers of the Council, the Chairman, the Vice Chairman of the Council, the members of the Council, the standing agency of the Council and the inter-branch appraisal expert group shall comply with the provisions of the Decree. No. 131/2015 / ND-CP dated 25/12/2015 of the Government providing guidance on national key projects.
