HANOI, September 5 (Engineering Daily) -- About the investment policy of Ham Kiem wind power plant with the capacity of 15 MW (phase 1) in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city and communes of Ham Kiem and Ham My, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province, recently, the Ministry of Construction has issued Document No.2024 / BXD-KHTC to the representative of the State capital at Construction Corporation No. 1.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Construction has agreed to the Representative of the State Capital at Construction Corporation No.1 voted through the investment policy of Ham Kiem wind power plant project, capacity of 15 MW (phase 1) in Tien Thanh Commune, Phan Thiet City and Communes of Ham Kiem and Ham My (Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province).
Representative of the State capital in Construction Corporation No. 1 shall report to the Managing Board to direct the elaboration, appraisal and approval of the feasibility report on investment in project construction, deployment and management according to the law; To ensure that the project is completed on schedule, quality and effectiveness as well as to preserve and develop the investment capital.
