HANOI, May 21 (Engineering Daily) -- According to the Cuu Long Corporation for Investment, Development and Project Management of Infrastructure, from May 28, this unit will issue Prequalification Document for Component 1B Project under the Construction of Tan Van - Nhon Trach Phase 1 of the Ring Road 3 in Ho Chi Minh City under the form of BOT contract.
The project is widely bided internationally, the time of issuance of Prequalification Document is until June 28, 2018.
The project has a total investment of VND 3,994 billion, with an implementation period of approximately 25 years including construction time. The project is expected to commence in 2019, complete in 2021 and start to collect fee from 2022.
The project has a starting point at intersection with Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; an end point at intersection with Hanoi Highway at the Thu Duc intersection in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has 4 lanes of motorized vehicles and 2 lanes of mixed vehicles and design speed of 80 km/h. Within the scope of the project, 5 bridges will be built with reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete.
