Vietnam's government has urged Vietnam's state-run airport operator to conduct the Long Thanh airport project, according to a local source in Vietnam on Sunday.
This is because the process of land price assessment, compensation plans, and settlement development is being delayed while the overall project expenditure is also being delayed.
Accordingly, the Vietnamese government plans to complete compensation for related projects by early April to make up for the delay.
Meanwhile, Vietnam Airports Corp., a business-related entity, ACV, says it will soon conduct a bid for related projects, setting up opportunities for private investors to participate.
